Manager (Customer Supply Chain)FMCG

Responsibilities:
•   Work as part of the experienced team on complex Consumer Products operations consulting projects for major Russian and multinational companies.
•   Lead engagements relating to functional strategies, business-processes, cost reduction, organizational design, KPI’s, performance management.
•   Ability to work with top management.
•   Manage client team.
•   Manage quality and independent reports summarizing findings.
•   Manage implementation of process and materials flows projects.
•   Generate and manage cross and up sales.
•   Manage project budget.
•   Manage team development.

Requirements:
•   Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Business Administration. Excellent grades (top 10%).
•   4 to 6 years experience in FMCG/Fresh Food industry in Supply Chain function or 4-6 years experience in Consulting.
•   Knowledge of Supply Chain subjects.
•   Project management skills.

•   At least two successfully implemented projects in process optimization.
•   Project experience with software packages (e.g. SAP APO, Oracle SNO) - is a plus.
•   Experience in multi-national companies (preferred).
•   People development experience.
•   Strong analytical thinking ability.
•   Strong social and communication skills.
•   Strong focus on delivering quality and strong advisory skills.
•   Flexibility and a willingness to travel.
•   Goal oriented personality.
•   Fluent written & spoken Russian (native speaker).
