Clinical Research Associate/Site Manager
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Study planning, start-up execution and close out activities according to ICH GCP and SOPs
- Conducting monitoring visits according to ICH GCP requirements and SOPs.
- Conducting site initiation visits
- Creating site specific and monitoring tools
- Maintaining quality standards and timelines that are consistent with ICH GCP, SOPs and business needs
- Negotiation investigator budgets at site level and track the status of site CTA
- Regularly updating information in applicable systems and templates
- Representing the company and the organization adequately to the customers and other external parties
Requirements:
- Higher Medical or Life Science education
- 1+ year of relevant experience in clinical research
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Working level of English
- PC advanced knowledge
